After inviting all Kentucky families multiple times to the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony at the Capitol followed by refreshments at the governor’s mansion, the “Great Mattsby” hosted an extravagant party for Kentucky debutantes and didn’t even participate. Instead, the Governor dashed out of Frankfort like a desperate 8th grade schoolgirl getting that long awaited call from the cool jock, and ditched his own family, constituents and party to speak at a Trump Rally in Ohio. The tree lighting ceremony still went on however, like a kid’s birthday party without his dad, who chose to go on a last minute golfing trip with his poker buddies instead.

In other news, Donald Trump is still holding rallies.
